Shipping
Rates
Flat rate shipping is $6.95 for every order within the United States. Orders of $75 or more ship free automatically – no code needed.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within two business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves.
Delivery
Most parcels arrive within three to seven business days of dispatch, depending on your distance from the East Coast. Larger pieces such as monitor risers and pegboards may travel separately.
Address changes
If you need to correct an address, email support@innoxis.store as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier we cannot reroute it.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or a refund of the item value.
