Terms of Service
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If a piece turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund that item in full.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and are shown excluding shipping, which is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. Your card statement may show a different business name to the store name – this is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns
Our returns terms are set out on the Returns page and sit alongside, not instead of, your statutory rights.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
