Returns & Refunds
The short version
If something is not right for your desk, send it back unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to start a return
Email support@innoxis.store with your order number and which pieces you are returning. We will send return instructions the same or next business day.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives and has been checked, usually within three to five business days. Original shipping is refunded only where the return is the result of our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email support@innoxis.store within 14 days with a photograph. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, marked or engraved, or returned without their original packaging.
